Financial Policy

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in your physical and psychological well-being. We are dedicated to helping you keep your smile healthy and beautiful for a lifetime. We will explain all dental procedures and associated fees clearly before we begin treatment. It is our policy to make definite financial arrangements with patients before any treatment begins.

All emergency dental services, or any dental services performed without previous financial arrangements, must be paid for in cash or with a credit card at the time services are performed.

For Patients with Dental Insurance:

We accept most dental insurance. We have both Dr Ver Ploeg who is  a Delta Dental Premier provider and Dr Phebe Winters who is a Delta Dental PPO provider. 

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the fees incurred for your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment and deductible which is due at the time of service. Insurance coverage is not and never has been a guideline for quality care.

Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment and we will file your insurance claim for you. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. If you have specific questions regarding your insurance contact your employer’s Benefits Coordinator or your insurance company directly.

We cannot render services on the assumption that our charges will be paid by an insurance company and you need to be aware that you are personally responsible for all payment of dental services.

  • Care Credit

For patients who do not have dental insurance:

Payment is due at time of service.

We do offer a 10% discount if you pay in full with cash, paper check. We offer a 5% credit or debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Discover).

We provide an option of patient payment plans through CareCredit. Several payment plans allow you to spread the treatment fee over several months. Some plans are interest free and we can find out in just minutes if you are approved for the treatment fee.

 

We understand that unexpected dental bills can sometimes strain finances. If this happens, talk with us immediately by calling us at 603-679-2041. If you help us keep the lines of communication open, we can usually work out acceptable arrangements. We are pleased to accept
